What Are The Signs Of Red Flag For Hyip Programs

I am working for my hyip monitor project since long time. For the education page, i need some advices about red flags of a hyip site.

I have some info and noted down but i would like to hear your opinions about it. What are the bad signals/red flag signs for a hyip site ? Opinions ?

Admins of the Pac Revenue Share program would keep the daily rebate lower (for example 5% even if its much more) to prevent negative affect of possibly downtimes of the major payment processors

For example : If today's rebate is 9% or more, Admins would keep it lower such as 5%. So they would reserve some fund for bad downtime days. I think this way would keep the program rock solid.

My name is Mustafa Zumrut and i am 29 years old. Living in Turkiye (i do not prefer call it as Turkey which is also animal name)
I am electronical engineer and musician. Playing drums in a Turkish rock band called "NEON".

I was discovered the Hyip thing when i was thinking about how can i make money for setup my dream home based recording studio. Then firstly joined to 4dailypro, Studiotraffic, Paxmix e.t.c. Then 12dp phenomian started up. I made good profit from 12dp. In some day, i decided to quit because i made enough money for my studio. Also i felt that hyip arena will be smaller. Then i did quit. Meantime 12dp closed.
After some years, i decided to back to hyip arena for my bigger studio
So i am here again. Investing somewhere again. Planning to open my hyip monitor in near future. I am not claiming that my monitor site will be major. I will just exhibit some sites what i invested in.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello but as you see i am being talkative

Suggestions About Designing & Managing A Hyip Monitor

Hello Dear folks,

I am planning to open a hyip monitor site in near future.
I have just registered my domain names and I am presently making research on some topics.

I want to listen suggestions and tips about " How to design and manage a Hyip monitor " subject.
I have scanned google but did not find anything useful. Thats why i am openning this topic.
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I think tips can be seperated to 2 parts.

1 - Designing :

* Which Script ? I only know Gc hyip lister script which has not a good reputation on the hyip arena. On the other hand, hiring a pro coder to make custom script from zero to full is very expensive. So i will need more script advices.

* About graphic design, i think i will not make the design feels like you are in brothel or pavillion. I mean i will not use all colors. it's tiring eyes and does not serve the main purpose. I am planning to make the design simple and pure but qualified asap.

Options : My homemate is web designer. He has a friend who is very good coder.
Presently, the best idea in my mind is, taking a good open source script, let the coder clean all the script and let my homemate make the design. But he is not familiar to hyip world. I am not sure is any designer can design a hyip monitor. I dont know if there is some points which needs special abilities for even a web designer. What do you think ?

2 - Managing :

* First of all, i am not going to follow the quick steps for making money in short time. I want to be reliable and I will not monitor every Hyip site. I wont add obiviously scams even they offer bonus.

* Thinking on RCB thing. I am not sure do i need to offer Ref Comission back to users and visitors. I guess i will decide due to your suggestions.

I need your suggestions about boosting popularity of my monitor site in this subject.
