Does anyone here attend the WSOP and WPT events?
I was at a couple in Atlantic City.
I was a WSOP event in December for a few days, at Harrah's.
I was at a WPT in NJ last month event one day. Saw the ladies event final table.
No, I did not win anything...

I am interested in playing a Single 0 Roulette tables in a USA casino. Does anyone know where there are any?

I was just returned from a side trip to Las Vegas, on the way back from a convention, so I started my search.

I tried the Rio. I asked a Roulette pit boss if they had one. He said they have one, but it is in a separate area and they use it for special customers. I asked what the qualifications were, flashing my Diamond card, and he called his boss. His boss did not know and called his boss. His boss took me aside. She said they only kept it there, for a few customers that come. I asked what it would take to open that table and she told me I would need to be approved for a Million dollar credit line with them This is a bit above my comfort level. She did not know of other single 0 tables available other places.

I asked a Roulette pit boss at the Paris casino. He told me they had one that was rarely open and referred me to his boss. His boss told me that the table could be reserved ahead of a trip by a casino host. They would need to schedule a crew to run the table. I should plan to deposit 50,000 USD with them. The minimum bet would be 100 using a minimum 25 chip. This also seems high and complicated.
He told me that they may have a single 0 table at the Las Vegas Caesars. I did not have time to check on it.

GreenDot seems to be an easy way to load many prepaid debit/credit cards.

The reloads are available many places in the USA.

GreenDot charges about $5 per $400 of reload. This works out to less than 2%.

Exchangers like usece.com can convert e-gold into GreenDot.

I am trying to understand these Reverse Pension Plans (RPP). I recently learned of them here.

It does not seem that they can be legit or valid offers. The concept and the math does not seem to match.
I have googled for info about them. I have looked at many related sites. It does not add up right in my mind.

Maybe I do not have enough information to understand it. The RPP sites and forum posts document many thousands of people that have enrolled. They must see this as possible. Collectively it looks like that have collected millions of dollars from members in registration fees.

Maybe someone here has done some research on this and would be willing to share it here.

When I ask questions at a RPP thread, people may wish to defend the program that they have joined. I put this in a seperate thread, so it will not be specific to any current or proposed RPP. Please refrain from mentioning specific RPP programs here. I am trying to understand the validity of the concept, not which one to join.

I would appreciate anyone that can explain this to me. I would like to see some evidence that it is or is not a legit or valid concept.

I was talking to a guy that plays poker, actual off-line cash games and tournements.
He asked me if I thought that a poker site could put a ringer in. Could set up and take few major hands and run? Maybe they can tell what cards are out or what is coming?

I hate to think that it probably could be done. There is no regulation of the sites. No one is checking things like this. Players do come in and win a hand or 2 and then leave. We have no idea if a user is a real person somewhere. Even if the company did not do this, maybe an employee could?

They company would not have to do anything like this, as they make money on the rake and on advertising.

Thoughts?
