UGC STATUS UPDATE
UGC suffered a total loss of customer funds due to fraud and has ceased business operations. All customer records are intact, including email contact information and account balances. It is the intention of the company to pay back all lost funds from the profitable business activity of a sister company, Call Com, Inc.
The investment group which has been working with Call Com the last year to develop it into a viable player in the BPO call center industry in the Philippines has recently formed a holding company capitalized at $10 million and have purchased 15% of Call Com for $1.5 million.
Part of the agreement with the management of the investor group's holding company is these funds must be used to repay Tom Green's obligations, starting with UGC and including all FPS programs. Profits from Call Com must also go toward this as well. Tom Green is eager to do this and the investment group will oversee and assist in this process.
Priority will go to those that had funds in UGC and once those are repaid, repayments for all FPS obligations will commence.
Repayment of funds will start within 3-6 months, though under optimum conditions, this may happen as soon as one month.
