If someone gives you free leads it means they don't think much of the leads themselves. The AdWords idea sounds like a good one, though that would likely run up into big $ if you wanted to generate a lot of survey responses.

They are expensive though...about $4-$9 a lead depending on the company. Our marketing group with MIM can get you some for FREE and then provide them for 0.40 a leads.
