Hope your issue will get resolved soon. Since you posted a complaint, please also post when the issue is resolved.
For those posting general complaints about their specific orders on public forums instead of contacting the exchangers directly: please post your order reference numbers as well together with complaints.
The exchangers may not see your posts right away, but at lease when they do see those posts, they'll be able to do something about your orders.
