E-gold Not Sending Pin Code, Anyone had this problem?

Hi guys,

I am just having a little problem of not receiving my pin code to my email. Last one I received was on 29th of May. Never had this kind of problems before... Sent a support ticket, but no answer yet. Anyone knows how to solve this problem quickly?

Use a pop up e-mail always (or) use something which doesn't filter spam e-mail. Yahoo filters them. May be use rediff or something

I am using my ISP email, which apparently is the safest option (at least I read about this somewhere). I don't think there is a filter in place, but will look for it... Thanks anyway!

Well just checked for a filter, and there is nothing.... I wonder if the problem is either from egold itself or from something I cannot control within my ISP... Really bad to not be able to get in... sad.gif

It is really frustrating... Egold is not answering the support tickets, my IP number doesn't come back to the last number I could log in...and yesterday when I was inside tryingto change the settings, suddenly i was asked the pin from email... feel completely powerless now... diablo.gif

Ok, today I could finally get everything sorted! I just phoned them, and they fixed everything (they phone me back on the number that was on my account for security reasons), and then I could access my account!

So, if you have some problem like this, just ring them instead of sending support tickets... I was for 12 in conversation through email without much luck, and then in five minutes I got everything sorted! wink.gif

It is best to have at least 2 email addresses on the e-gold account.
Then if you can not access one for some reason you can get the PIN at another one.
Most emails have some filtering. This can delay or redirect the PIN email.
