Does anybody use Adobe PhotoShop? If so, please post the version you use and your experience with the program. I think it would be nice to use this topic as a "question & answer" thread if there are enough PS users here I have Photoshop CS3, but I learned the program by taking a class with an older version of Photoshop which I don't recall. I didn't use it much after the class because I didn't own the program (so expensive) so I lost a lot of "practice time". I'm finding it hard to use CS3 now, but it is getting better the longer I play with it. There is still so much to learn and so many things that can be done in Photoshop, it just amazes me. Right now, I think the gradients are tough to master. For instance if you want to make a banner or a button that is a gradient it is very difficult to get the colors and the type of gradient you want. It seems like this should be simpler than it is, does anybody have any tips?

If you do a search for what you want to do, there is usually a free tutorial or guide to help you out. I have a set of like 5 or 6 dvds that my dad gave me to help learn more, just have not got around to watching them yet. Will keep checking in here to see if I can learn anything. Jason
