Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Please upgrade me admin or tell me how to do it. Min purchase is $10, I put $10 but says, "Sorry: Your wallet balance is not enought to upgrade. Seems the script is not working properly. Admin has someone working on it. The $10 is in my account now but no earnings are showing from day to day now. Admin seems good though and working on things.
