Many of you have seen my posts here in this forum as well as other forums, have participated in my promotions, you know me as a team leader in some programs, or you know me as a member of various programs. I am still working all those other programs and will not abandon any of my downlines.

But we all know it is good to diversify, and AMM is a high-paying program.

AutomaticMoneyMachine is owned and operated by Jim Symonds and has been around since 2004. This program started out as a $20 program but has recently been revamped to be a much more lucrative, higher-earning site. It is an affiliate program that sells digital downloadable products, including software, e-books, and various marketing tools. Members are compensated for making sales of AMM memberships using a 2-up compensation plan (explained below).

There is a one-time cost of $597 to join with a full membership. $97 is paid to the AMM admin, and $500 is paid to the qualified upline sponsor(s). Yes, it is pricey, but the earnings are phenomenal.

If you can’t quite afford $597, the AMM Team Build is also sponsoring a feeder program. Visit the AMM team website link listed above for more details. I will also be posting a new thread here in the forum for the feeder program.

The purpose of the AMM Team Build is to provide each member with 3 referrals which will put them in profit and then continue to provide earnings over and over and over again.

This team build is available only to paid members. Although you can join AMM as a free member, you cannot participate in the powerline building or this team build by selecting that route. So the reason for needing 3 referrals is simple. You need 2 sales (referrals) to become qualified. You still earn on those direct sales ($250 each) Your third sale (referral) goes directly to you the member ($500). So you get most of your initial cost back very quickly.


When you join as a paid member, you are added to the member list and will receive your 3 referrals when it is your turn. Since there are no boards or targets (this is not a cycler), we will follow a strict next-in-line team build to ensure that each member gets to profit status. Below is an example of how you can earn in this program:


You join under Bob. Let’s assume that Bob is already qualified with 2 referrals. You will pay $97 to the AMM Admin and $500 to Bob.

You get 3 referrals: Joe, Alice and Tom.

Joe pays $97 to AMM Admin. Then he pays $250 to you and $250 to your upline qualified sponsor, Bob.

Alice pays $97 to AMM Admin. Then he pays $250 to you and $250 to your upline qualified sponsor, Bob

Now you have your first 2 referrals, which qualifies you to earn.

Tom, your 3rd referral, joins and pays $97 to AMM Admin and $500 to you.

But now look at what happens when Tom gets his first 2 referrals:

Tom refers Jen: Tom gets $250, and you get $250
Tom refers Bill: Tom gets $250, and you get $250

Jen refers Phil: Jen gets $250, and you get $250
Jen refers Bob: Jen gets $250, and you get $250

Phil refers Ted: Phil gets $250, and you get $250
Phil refers Ben: Phil gets $250, and you get $250

Ted refers Sue: Ted gets $250, and you get $250
Ted refers Jake: Ted gets $250, and you get $250

Sue refers Jane: Sue gets $250, and you get $250
Sue refers Jan: Sue gets $250, and you get $250

The whole payment system just repeats. It can be a little difficult to grasp at first, but the above is an example of your potential earnings once you are qualified and receive your first powerline member, Tom (your third paid referral in the above example).

As you can see, after you are qualified, the income potential with a 2-up system is phenomenal. Utilizing a team build to build your downline is an effective method to achieve success.




1. You must agree to follow the AMM Team Build Rules.

2. Please request a link to join AFTER YOU HAVE ALL FUNDING IN PLACE; this is essential for the Powerline Plan to work and for the proper order of the member list. Once you receive the link to join, you have 12 hours to complete the sign-up and payment process. All payments must be done at the same time.

3. You may pay for your AMM membership using authorize.net (credit card link), SafePay, e-gold or AlertPay. You may use a combination of these (for example, you may use either the credit card link or a payment processor to pay Admin, then the upline sponsor or sponsors). You must complete all payments within 12 hours of receiving the link, regardless of which payment methods you use.

4. The AMM Team Build will follow a strict next-in-line method. All members will be added to the AMM Team Member List by date and timestamp order of the payments, after their payments have been verified.

5. If you are joining the AMM Team Build Feeder Program, you may pay using SafePay, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay or e-gold. If you use SafePay to pay with a credit card, there will be a transaction fee. Member names are added to the Feeder Program Member List by timestamp order once payment has been verified. When 10 shares have been sold, a full AMM position will be purchased once all the payments have cleared and the funds transferred to a single processor. The new feeder position is placed under the next-in-line AMM Team Build member; then ownership will be transferred to the Feeder Program member at the top of the Feeder Member List.

6. I will make every attempt to update the AMM Team Build Member List and the AMM Team Feeder Member list on a daily basis. Both member lists will be posted and maintained on the AMM Team Forum. However, there may be times that it does not get updated until the following day because of my personal commitments or other unforeseen emergencies.

7. You may find your own personal referrals if you wish, but their names will NOT be added to the AMM Team Build member list until it is your turn to receive referrals. This will maintain the integrity of the order of the list, ensuring that each member will get his or her 3 referrals in the proper order.

8. These rules are subject to change as needed. Membership input is welcomed and appreciated.



I am offering a free feeder share to the first 10 members who join under the next-in-line member with a full paid position.

Each feeder share costs $65; there are 10 feeder shares per feeder.

Once 10 feeder shares have been sold or given as prizes, the funds will be transferred to one single processor. Then I will purchase a fully paid position under the next-in-line member of the AMM Team Build. Once the purchase has been completed, ownership will be transferred to the feeder member who is at the top of the list.

I jumped on this one right away----No brainer, really!!!. Three referrals and you are $400 in profit and it just gets better from there. With the team build approach we will all get referrals for quick profits and then the rest is gravy.

I think a teambuild for this type of program is a great idea. I have been in similar programs and always had a tough time finding referrals. With a teambuild it's not a problem.

This works very well. I joined Paulette immediately when she said she was going to do a team build on this. It is a high onetime cost, but with Paulette's build of each getting 3 referrals, you quickly recoup the cost and are in profit. This program has been around for a while too.

WOO HOO!!! I got my first two referrals and my third powerline member, so I am in profit by $400 already!!!!! When you look at how this is set up, it is PERFECT for a team build, and we all know exactly what and when we will be earning. So if you can scrape together the money, just think about it, we know with the straight NIL that we will be paid, $250 two times, then $500 the third time, then we keep getting more $250 payments when others beneath our third referral earn. Yes, this program is PERFECT for a strict next-in-line team build. And you never need to buy another position. Because you are paid from the downlines under your 3rd referral (these are your powerline members).

I have been getting some questions about the 2-up compensation plan, and at first it can be a little hard to understand. Here is another way to explain it:

When you get your first 2 referrals, you earn $250 for each of those, and your qualified upline sponsor earns $250. Those first 2 referrals become powerlines of your upline qualified sponsor. You will not receive any more earnings from their downlines.

When you get your 3rd referral, you earn the full $500 (the $97 is the admin fee and will always go to the AMM Admin). This person is your first powerline member; let's call him X1.

When X1 gets 3 referrals (let's call them X2, X3, and X4), then X1 gets $250 from each of them, and you earn $250 from each of them. X1 will not receive any more earnings from the X2 or X3 downlines, because they are placed in YOUR powerline.

When X2 gets 2 referrals (let's call them X5, X6, and X7), X2 will earn $250 from both of these, and you will receive $250 from each of them. X2 will not receive any more earnings from the X5 or X6 downlines, because they are placed in YOUR powerline.

When X3 gets 2 referrals (let's call them X8, X9, and X10), X2 will earn $250 from both of these, and you will receive $250 from each of them. X2 will not receive any more earnings from the X8 or X9 downlines, because they are placed in YOUR powerline.

When X5 gets 2 referrals (let's call them X11, X12, and X13), X5 will earn $250 from both of these, and you will receive $250 from each of them. X5 will not receive any more earnings from the X11 or X12 downlines, because they are placed in YOUR powerline.

When X6 gets 2 referrals (let's call them X14, X15, and X16), X6 will earn $250 from both of these, and you will receive $250 from each of them. X6 will not receive any more earnings from the X14 or X15 downlines, because they are placed in YOUR powerline.

I like programs that have been well thought out from a strategic point of view.

You are right, sometimes these things can be difficult to understand, but this is well named.

Or it could have been called a perpetual money machine.

Thanks for your comments. I worked on this for over a month before announcing it here. So I really did put a lot of thought into the best way to structure a team build for this.

I have now revised the Compensation Plan page of my website to show a pictorial illustration of how the powerlines work.

This is very, very new so anyone joining right now will still receive a free feeder share. I think I have 4 left to give away in my first promotion.

I just went to the website and took a look at the compensation plan. The new pictorials make it a lot easier to understand.

Like many of you, I will be gone most of the day tomorrow, November 22, to celebrate Thanksgiving Day with my family for our traditional Thanksgiving Day family dinner.
