6StarTravelclub provides the perfect foundation for this type of team build. It has overcome the reasons most programs stall. Most programs require a monthly payment to stay active. An active recruiter often finds that they are continually replacing their members who do not keep up their dues. That won't happen here. A one-time payment is all that is required so recruiting one member in the 6StarTravelClub program is like recruiting 20 in most others. All you need is 2 personal referrals to qualify. And you can cycle off the first board without any referrals at all.

4. You may purchase as many positions as you would like so long as they are all on the HOT target. Make sure that you clearly state which positions you are claiming. You have 1 hour within which to complete your transactions or the links will be returned to the HOT target. Before you claim a spot on the HOT target make sure that you read the complete post to ensure that someone else has not already claimed that position before you join. If you end up being a 3rd referral under any one position it could negatively impact where you end up on the team list. If you want to make sure that you have reserved the next available spot, you may state in the post that you are claiming the next HOT link after (here you will insert the name of the post just before yours.) This will reserve your place in line, so if someone jumps in ahead of you, your name will go ahead of theirs on the team list thereby ensuring that you cycle out of the diamond target ahead of the line-jumper. From the time you post that you are claiming the next HOT link you have 10 minutes to post the name of that specific HOT link, and then you have 1 hour to complete your sign-up.

You have now embarked on a voyage that will take you through 3 different boards, at the end of which, you will have received 3 travel pins and $4,600USD cash. More importantly, you will be soaring with the best travel companions available at team PhoenixRising. Before making the final decision to join us please read the rules with respect to our required reinvestments as outlined below. We also encourage you to visit our forum, where you will become involved in a team experience of a lifetime.

5. When your position cycles out of the first board, you will receive $200 and a new travel pin. You must use your travel pin to purchase a new position on the next HOT target.

6. You may choose to keep the $200. However, if you use it to purchase another travel pin that will be regarded as a new team investment and will qualify you for any team promotions that are in progress. Using the proceeds from your first cycle to purchase a position on the next HOT target really speeds up the cycling process, and has a positive impact on the whole team. In addition, by purchasing a new link on the next HOT target, you now have an additional position that will earn $4,000USD over and over.

7. When you cycle out of the second board, you will receive $400. You may choose to keep all or part of these funds. If you choose to purchase one or more travel pins with these funds they will be regarded as new purchases and will qualify for any team promotions that are currently running.

8. When you cycle out of the third and final board, you will be expected to reinvest at least 25% of your $4,000 earnings. Between each HOT target cycle there will normally be 64 links that we will be completing in order to cycle our next member out of the top board. You must purchase 6 of these links, 1 with your free travel pin, and 5 from your earnings.

If you do not want to purchase a total of 6 new positions for yourself there are ways of creatively using those funds to benefactor new members to help your team grow. In any event, to ensure the long-term financial health of your new business, you must reinvest 25% of your earnings. To do otherwise would be fiscally irresponsible. If you were running a bricks and mortar business you would not think twice about the need to spend part of your gross earnings to maintain the core of your business. The same applies to this business. The most valuable assets in this business are your downline, your target teammates and your personal business centers of which you will have many.

9. All members must agree to promote this Phoenix Rising website, and not their own individual links.

10. Members must make every effort to recruit at least 2 new members. Phoenixrising is also in the 2x2team for 6startravel. We have already cycled two positions out of 6startravelclub in Phoenixrising and both are 100% reinvestment positions, so they go right back into the team. This team is more willing to assist each other than any other team I have been involved in. The leaders are giving back 50% of their earnings in the first cycle too, so we are moving right along!!!

Just to add to what Annadenise just said, not only are the leaders giving back, but we have many members stepping up and offering their positions to help move the team.

There are so many teams out there so why join this team? I will give you 2 SOLID REASONS and you will find others yourself here

First reason: When upliners in a program cycle and cashout you are left to struggle, but in phoenix rising we have a mandatory reinvestment (NO JOKE) of 25% minimum (Currently being exceeded by most). We have 50% reinvestments from leaders and even some members, we have 100% reinvestments of which 2 have just cycled and list goes on

Second reason: Leadership is important as we all know and our leaders are master planners (fail to plan and you you plan to fail).

Same concept for success with our DCC build. Time for fence sitters to get off and do something. If you do nothing, you get nothing.

It is not only the same concept for success as our DCC build, but the two programs complement each other so well that when you earn a PIN from one program you have the ability to swap it for a PIN from the other program. This program benefit you can only find at Phoenix Rising. To swap a PIN you need to come to the forum and post your request in the "Swap Exchange" thread.

One of the many things that distinguishes the PhoenixRising Team Build and sets us apart is that we build our matrix directly down from the person that we are cycling out of the top board. Because we have 3 levels, we usually have to create several brand new boards as we go, and as a result more than half of our new members end up getting qualified within days of signing up. Not only that but a good percentage of them also cycle to board 2. So by the time they finish up they have 3 positions on the board within a day or two of joining us.

Think about how that affects you as a member promoting this program. I have to ask you, did you really join just to cycle out of level 1 and level 2 and then just sit there, stalled because the matrix below you is getting wider and wider, or did you join because you do eventually plan on cycling and earning the $4,000? I'm betting it was the latter.

You can really use our strategy to your advantage by letting interested folks out there know about this.

First of all, you can use it in your advertising by telling your new members that they will get qualified very quickly if they join our team.

Second, it's like getting 3 new members each time you recruit one.

On top of that because we just cycled 2 Top positions which were designated as 100% reinvestment positions, we have accumulated over 35 team positions that we haven't even placed yet. We will hang onto them and buy the spots strategically to move someone quickly if we have to or if we have a lull and want to create some excitement.

And if that isn't enough, the next bunch of members that we will be recycling will be 50% reinvestment positions.

Why should you care? Listen up. Most of the team leaders will be offering some of their reinvestments as promotions, so every time someone purchases a spot they get 2 for the price of one.

We've cycled 2 positions out of the top board (3). One is PhoenixTeam and the other is PhoenixRising (same name but not me). Both are 100% reinvestment positions. In other words, even though two of the leaders have purchased each position, the money will never be cashed in, but will be used to push our members through.

Even though there are no guarantees, but if you purchase on our team your chances of being qualified by the team are way better than any other team build and you will cycle out in order.

I just cycled from the first board.
