I've been playing around with the idea of sticking my neck out and starting an AutoSurf and I have a few ideas of my own but I'd also like to hear what the Surfers want as well. Because I'm programming it from the ground up, it should be easy to incorporate any ideas we can brainstorm here (provided they are good ideas that wouldn't undermine the basic operations of the Surf).

I've got great ideas for autosurfs but I've never had the way to back my program with real investments so havent attempted to open one myself, a successful autosurf needs a site with a fast dedicated server that can handle DDOS atacks, great customer support, responsive admin, payouts WITHIN TERMS, they don't have to be super fast just within terms, the admin has to be honest and have integrity, those are just a few things.

QUOTE(Globalprofits @ Nov 22 2007, 09:32 PM) I don't know why you would want to start an Autosurf iZero.
They are all ponzi's and have to end with people loosing there money, so are you prepared to be branded a scammer from all the people that play these games with money they can't afford to lose and then jump up and down like a two year old kid?
I think you are better off with your Forex.
Good luck.
GP I know I run that risk but I want to apply what I learnt at uni this year as a type of proof of concept and run it like a company rather than a ponzi. I'm guess @Megaplex had similar issues, he was before my time so I don't know the whole story but I appreciate your support. Good tips, I'll keep those in mind. I will steer clear of investing funds in anything other than the site itself because at this time I'm not comfortable with managing investments on behalf of others. Initially the main source of revenue will be from advertising. However if someone has an idea of how to overcome the exchange rate risk of commodity-based currencies (such as e-gold), I would love to hear about it; I was thinking using mass as an alternative to actual price but I'm not sure if this would be popular with the surfers. Unless of course there is another hugely popular payment method out there that accepts AutoSurfs. I believe part of the reason some surfs fail is because they try to cover all e-currencies and it stretches resources too thinly.
