 What is this section?
This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

It is a number of programs rolled into one.
Traffic-Exchange- Advertise your programs for free.
Money Cycler- Entering the Cyclers is optional. There are three differant levels all which pay differant amounts.
Affiliate Program- Earn a 10% referral commission for each and every member you get to enter the Cyclers.

dee Hello deelynch, Sorry I have been away for awhile. We are still writing the script for the cycler lines. We are still in prelaunch and you may promote and build your downlines. You are welcome to use the advertising part of the program for free. The cycler lines will be online after January 1st.

I have tried to gather the best of a few different programs. The way the site is designed, it can and is as of now, being promoted on manual traffic exchanges and auto surf sites. Where most manual traffic exchanges will not allow auto surfs to advertise, Traffic-Cycler can be promoted anywhere. Your programs will be exposed to all the cross sections of internet advertising medians. One of the great things about Traffic-Cycler is that advertising is open to all programs. Autosurf, manual traffic exchanges, MLM's, blogs, etc. If you want to promote it, you can on the Traffic-Cycler. (no gambling or adult sites)
I cannot reveal how the Cycler works as of yet, but I will tell you that one $10 bill will put $1000 in your pocket. Heck, the advertising is worth that if you never made a penny.
Traffic-Cycler will pay a 10% referral commission on all your personal referrals who enter the Cycler. I will tell you that this will be a residual income. I will explain when we launch the Cycler.
There are also Bonus Banners. Surfing is not mandatory, but as a incentive for those that do, if you stumble on a bonus banner and click on it, you will receive $1, $5 or $10 credited right to your account.
The Traffic-Cycler is in pre launch until January of 2008. That's about 30 days. Between now and then, you may advertise, promote and get your referrals. In January, I will open the Cycler and reveal how it works. All who have registered and wish to enter may.

I'm in this one. I don't usually join these sites but I know for a fact that the admin (Jim) who runs this is solid and knows how to keep his sites long term and profitable for members. Im glad I happen to stop by after half a year of ingoring this forum.

Even for Jim's high ROA site Exceutive-Ads, all pendings were paid same day for almost 50 days now. Many members are enjoying the daily earnings and site has no sign of slowing down. Are positions in the cycler available yet?
The reason I ask is... I signed-up, was issued an ID along with everything else corresponding to the registration going perfectly. But, when I try to buy a position in the cycler with the 'Buy Now' tab, I get a pop-up stating "Invalid Power Line."
