Do moneybookers allow for exchange? Can I request refund to MB, if anyone scam me in exchange? As I see, MB has no charge back policy. Is it means I cannot claim in case of shopping? Illegal products as example. MoneyBookers payments are instant, non-refundable. Once a transfer is made it can't be taken back. While this might welcome scammers, it is very appreciated by legitimate sellers who need no hassle and waiting to receive their money. Cause transfers are instant. --------------------
