When we exchange paypal to another e-currency, it's dangerous! After exchange, scammer will charge back in paypal! How can we protect this problem? How can we solve this problem, if they charge back? We cannot explain to paypal staff that we process exchange, isn't it? Serious problem in paypal exchange! Need more discussion in this problem. Thanks. Elvish
