This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

I suppose it means non-rotating. Maybe you should join as it says there is better prices for members... By the way, i like long terms plans because most of times i've been in profit in long term plans (i often lost in high rates  )

wahoo ! I'm very pleased and surprised to see there is still a thread in MMG about LT-Plan ! Things are going faster than i thought !  So concerning cashouts, yes Golgotha, i confirm you it's a daily cashout if you have enough in your cashbalance ($2 for discover level, $5 for other levels). By the way, we have a 5 days cashout delay but it will usually be less. About advertising, fixed = non-rotating so you are the only one advertiser in the choosen spot !!! Watch the prices and try to find a cheaper place ! LOL I just like to add that our members have better price than the "non-member" ones. Admins are welcome too for a free banner exchange. At last, if you have any question, feel free to use our support module or contact request. We still have some design problems in support module but we work on it.
