Hello folks. I have been using AlertPay for some months now and it's great except when I buy upgrades in an autosurf and get this message in the end of the transfer:

Error Occured
AlertPay - secure credit card and checking services We apologize! AlertPay has encountered a slight problem and this request is temporarily unavailable. Our engineers have been informed of this issue and are working to remedy the problem.

Earlier I got this message about 1 time out of 3 but the latest 4 purchases I did it happend EVRY TIME! And every time it happens I have to write a support ticket to the autosurf and have my ad buy manualy added. Is this happening to everyone? Is there any way to avoid this. If not I'm pretty much fed up with AP and will stick wuth e-gold in the future.

Speaking of error messages, I'm sorry I can't help, blink.gif but I have a plea of my own to make. I can't login nor can I recover my password.

When I go through the 'retrieve password' process, I get to the security questions, which I answer correctly, but then I get an error message that says the password doesn't match the email, or that the email isn't a primary account (it is). The weirdest thing is that the part that says I have a certain number of retries left, the number of allowed retries stays the same.

I am using Firefox, have cleared my cache, allowed (specifically alertpay.com) cookies, etc.

Is this a browser issue or an Alertpay issue? I'm not sure because I experienced the same problem with IE6, but I can't find mention of a similar problem anywhere on the boards.

I have written support about this, but hopefully there is a techie here who can help me? If so, thanks in advance.
