Transfering From Card To Paypal

I signed up a paypal account with my debit card,was accepted and now its verified.
The problem lies on the transfer of the money from bank/debit to Paypal account.
How do i send money from my debit card to paypal account?
The "Top Up" tab from paypal menu says that i request the transfer from my bank.
I then entered my bank's site,logged with my card's account and requested transfer,
inserted the amount and when i attempted to enter the ID Transfer of my Paypal account
it would fit in,the code was too big for it.
What am doing wrong?

Am not sure how things work.
There are the click ads and the watch ads.
With the first u get paid for clicks,and the other u get paid just for being there like a pic.
Or things are different?
If so,in a site can i have more than one click advs? googleadsesnse,yahoo's ads,etc.
What other types-ways you can do adworks?
