Are there any exchangers which accept Xoom transfer to LR?

Do I Have To Verify My Ap Account Before I Can Receive Credit Card Payments?

I just registered a Personal Pro account at AlertPay, so my friend can pay me using his credit card.

But my friend msned me that the payment transaction could not go through. Apparently it states in red that in order for him to pay me via credit card, I have to verify my account.

I tot it's stated on AP's site that Personal Pro accounts can receive credit card payments, nothing was said about verifying in order to receive the credit card payments.

So it's the rule that I have to verify my AP account first before I can receive the credit card pymt from my frd?

Sending Limits On Paypal

Hi, I just opened a new Paypal account from US, and the sending limit is $0.
It seems that I have to verify my account in order for the sending limit to be raised.
Right now, I cannot send any money at all.

Does this $0 sending limit only apply to US Paypal accounts?
When my brother signed up for a Paypal account a few years ago, he told me the sending limit was US$250.

So different countries have different sending limits?

I have been trying to do PM to LR exchange but most of the exchange fees I have seen are too high.

I did a google search and found the following 3 exchangers.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with any of them and can provide some feedback?

Having Trouble Exchanging Pm To Lr

I have PM on hand right now, and I have been trying to exchange my PM to LR since yesterday.
But after checking all the exchangers on the PM website, the fees are either too high (10%) or the exchanger has stopped exchange of PM to LR.

Onlychange.com has an exchange fee of 5% (lowest I can find) but it has disallowed exchange of PM to LR.

Man, if I had known PM was so troublesome to get rid of, I would never have bought it in the first place.

Does anyone know where I can get a lower exchange fee than 7% for exchange of PM to LR?

If I cannot get a better exchange rate, then I think I would just exchange my PM into domestic currency and buy LR. But that would be my last choice, really.
