Hello Andrei,

I have used your service 3 times and no doubt those orders were processed successfully. But I don't understand why you make so much delay when users are exchanging higher amounts specially more than $500 or $1000? Smaller amounts are being processed very quickly than higher amounts where the total reserves says you have sufficient balance. I am thinking to exchange more than $1000 from STP to LR at once but previous posts telling you are making delays with higher amounts. Can you please explain me whether I should make exchanges with $500 each at a time to get faster processing? Because I want the exchange to be fast when I place the order.

I can't understand the Admin of Xchanger.org. I have done some LR to AP deals with him successfully but this time around, he changed a lot.

He doesn't reply tickets and direct emails. My clients are on my neck since 24th February, 2012 I paid him LR for AP.

So, am giving Andrei tomorrow being Sunday, 4th March, 2012 (by 20hrsGMT) to fund those AP accounts. If he doesn't by that said time, I will use other service to get AP funds and fulfill my clients' orders.

So, it's better he retrun back my LR by tomorrow or Monday. If he doesn't, I will sponsor a Scam Report on him and Xchanger.org all over the internet.

Am saying this because am a big player in Xchange business too.

I'm in the same position, however, it's best if you wait until Monday to do anything. I don't think he works at weekend, i've never had any exchange orders processed on saturday or sunday. hopefully our orders will be processed on monday (mine is from 22nd feb .. )

Am sorry, I can't wait any longer. My other supplier has AP and I paid Andrei on behalf of my clients. It's killing my business reputation.

If by 20hrs GMT he didn't supply my client's APs, then he should refund my LR within 48hrs or I take another step he won't love to see/hear.

I have emailed Andrei directly since yesterday on this development.

I just requested my 1st exchange with this admin and after reading this thread I'm scared and confused.
I have talked to a lot of people who have used this exchanger and always said good things.
but I have been waiting 5 days and sent in 2 support tickets and no response so I came on here
to see whats going on.....look like he is paying some and not others....I also thought maybe no transactions over the weekend so I'm hoping monday morning brite and early my approved exchange will become completed

Andrei just sent AlertPay after seeing all my messages to him not to do so.

Now, my client AP account has been funded twice.

Andrei, open dispute and revert those funds and pay me my LR. I have sent you warning messages since 2 days ago.

Why did you hurriedly send the AP funds after seeing my messages?
