Why I can't withdraw at ATM use INGOLD CARD?

WHO CAN HELP ME?

My Ingold Card expiration date is 05/07, But I can't withdraw money at ATM this month, The ATM show me an error: Invalid PIN, but I did not changed my PIN early. And my card have about $300 in it, and I withdraw money at ATM secuessful last month.

When I log into my card account on http://www.netgoldcards.com, I found the statement show "PIN TRY EXCEEDED". Why so that? Who can help me.

It may be possible that your PIN have been stolen
Try to contact Intgold through phone/email and ask for help.

Hope you are not mixed out the PIN for ATM and PIN for website.

ATM PIN --> 4 digits
Website PIN --> 8 digits

ummm my exp. date is also 05/07 and it works. it's not 2007 yet.
05/07=may 2007. anyway, you should call them about it, unless you used a wrong PIN number or something.

Why don't you just call intgold if you are having a problem? Posting on this forum won't get your card problem fixed.

It's because you didn't activated your card before using it in ATM smile.gif

I don't know I had the same problem today except the ATM told me "currently unable to assist you with this transaction" I tried another machine and got the same message, my balance shows enough funds to cover the transaction easily. I used my paypal card instead. Maybe it will work later, I suppose they will charge me fees however for both incomplete transactions, they are really cool like that. LOL
