My E-gold Account Dissapeared! I Am Desperate! Please Help!

This morning I logged into my e-gold account and checked my balance it was ok..
After 1 hour I logged in and it say:

Unable to login to account.

The account (244xxxx) or passphrase information specified is incorrect.
I did this a hundred time and no chance to get logged in!




After that I tried from another account to send to mine and I get this message:

Cannot preview spend, the error is:
Payee Account Number (244xxxx) is missing or invalid.


Is very strange that is telling me that the e-gold account does not exist! I am so desperate I had 500$ on it! ( What can I do?? Please help me! Where can I call e-gold?
