Today when I wanted to withdraw some amount of money to my Bank account, I receive this message –
“Unfortunately we were unable to verify the data in your profile with an independent information source. Under UK anti-money laundering regulations we are therefore required to obtain an additional proof of identity before we can process your first redemption request.
We offer you the following fast and easy options:
Option 1: Charge the redemption fee to your credit/debit card (instant) We will charge the redemption fee to your card (and increase your withdrawal amount accordingly).
Option 2: Verify your bank account (within 3 banking days) We will make a payment to your bank account. In the reference field of the payment we will include a unique verification code which you will have to enter back at our site.”
I thought my Bank account had been verified because a few months ago after my first withdrawal, my outgoing transaction was locked due to security reason. It was resolved after I had delivered scanned copies of my international passport along with my bank account statement and swift form of Moneybookers transaction which I collected from my local bank.
I don’t use credit/debit card. I cannot transfer less tan 15 USD (or any money) anymore to verify my bank account. So how can this problem be resolved?
