Was supposed to receive payout from 12DP for upgrades expired 15th & 22nd Dec. Sent ticket to 12DP, they replied that they made payment again. But still no egold received. Checked my egold account and got this message instead, " There is a balance limit placed on your account. Spends not allowed."

Tried to email egold and call them already but no one picks up phone and no reply to my mail. Anyone know what else I can do?
