The Sec And Traffic Exchanges .....

...word has it that the SEC won't allow "advertising - surf sites" to be put into rotation on Traffic Exchanges ...seems if a site is SEC certified it's allowed

...now, how does one find out whether a surf site is SEC certified?

... won't the Traffic Exchanges collapse if all of the uncertified SEC sites are pulled off?
