Pin Code Taking Too Long

My pin code has been arriving at my email after about 30 mins instead of within the required 15 mins. I have tried several time over the last few hours with the same result. This has stopped me from gaining access to my account which is very frustrating. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I am still trying to figure out what went wrong. I don't remember using a link but but perhaps I did. I notice that many users show the same links at the end of every post they make and often they are for the same programs that the previous person has used. If this is what hijacking is about then why don't you edit all their posts and remove their links. I am new to this forum and I would like to know how to use this forum successfully.
