A few days ago, I was chatting with someone who actually profess to be a Forex Manager. Intrigued by this as I'm in the FX line myself, I asked on and etc. When I asked about how long he's been in the market, he told me 2 years.

Sounds like a scammer? Well, I went on talking to him and he says that 2 years is more than enough time for him to be good at trading FX already. Since he's only had 2 years experience, I thought to myself that he must either be very educated and etc. I asked on and the most surprising thing is that he's only 19 years old and he's from Egypt.

He even told me that he's going to start his own Website and start a Forex Company soon. I asked if he's licensed or etc (maybe he's a whizkid) he said that since he's from Egypt, he doesn't have to have a license for managing funds for others plus that Egypt has no rules and etc. So opening up a Forex Company is totally fine and all those good stuff.

We ended up in kinda an argument but he did tell me something which was very intriguing. He's still studying and managing someone else's money is helping him pay for studies and etc.

Anyway, to make the long story short, I am just asking you guys to be really very careful if you're new at the forex scene and DO NOT allow anyone to manage your money without first knowing who he is and if possible get his profile first.

Personally I've been in the FOREX market for about 7 years and through all these years, I still dare not call myself a Forex Manager to manage money for others and etc. Its not that I don't make money or something, just that

1. I'm not certified to be a Forex Manager
2. I'm not wanting to take the risk with money from others
3. I doubt that 7 years is long enough to be perfectly good at this FOREX

So, please for those who are just beginning, please BE CAREFUL and do not let anyone fool you in believing that he's able to manage your money with only a few years of experience.

JUST BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL!!!

Is AlertPay something like EG, EBullion and etc? Do they allow chargebacks? I mean after you transfer funds to another person, is it something like EG where after you transfer it's final and there's no more arguement over it or do they allow it to be disputed like PayPal?

I am wondering this for quite some time already but never did get to asking it.

I wanna be sure that it's a Get Paid, Stay Paid e-currency before I start saying OK to people who wants to trade this e-currency to me.

Anyone knows?

Hello people,

There's quite a few questions to me about PayPal's withdrawal and why they can't do it.

Here's the thing. If they do not have a local currency for you, it usually mean that they do not have jurasdiction in your country thus they could not have a Local Bank Account. With that, the only way they could actually do something about it is that they could allow you to withdraw your funds via their central account which is kept in the USA.

Since it's not withdrawable in your local currency, you would have to find a way to actually withdraw it using some other methods. Many people go find a US Bank Account linked debit card or ATM card.

This would be a good idea if you have quite a bit of funds in PayPal but if you don't perhaps you could just trade it off on a local market or something. Try looking for you local people who needs it and just sell it off to them. I'm sure there are people who wants it.

Also, another question that comes to me is if would matter if your account is verified or unverified. The only difference is that your withdrawal limit is going to stay there and you'll be only allow that much transaction before they ask you to verify it.

There is only 1 way to verify your account currently and that is via a Credit Card. A lot of people around are selling this and it's quite cheap to actually get it. The ones I know are actually selling for less than $15 most of the time. There's even a few who is selling at $7-$9. When you get your account verified, the withdrawal limit automatically disappears.

So the things I mentioned are actually 2 totally different things. Verifying a bank account does not eliminate the Withdrawal Limit, only after verifying your Credit Card will eliminate the Withdrawal limit.

Hope this clears things up a bit for you guys.

If you have anything else that you don't really understand or need help on, just ask and I'll try to help as best I could.
