Gogo28 you are right zeek could definitely improve on their communication and it is frustration paying for something that you can't use and not being told whats the hold up does not help

let's all hope that they iron out all the kinks ASAP and after the training of the support staff may be communication would improve

Yup. the edit button is gone. I sent in a support ticket and this is what they said....

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, we've disabled the edit feature for the time being. We have not decided if it will be temporary or permanent yet, so the feature is under testing right now.

Go figure...what possible issues could there be with and EDIT button?

Maybe if we all sent in a support ticket requesting that the EDIT botton be implemented, they would listen?

As for your other question about sponsorship, your daughter can sign up under anyone she wants as long as it isn't a family member who lives at the same address as she does.

I am a little confused. You are paying for NxPay? How? Why? I filled out all the info when I was requested to but I am not paying for it. Don't see how they can get my money anyways.

I have come to realize that this company is really good at announcing things, but really bad at following through. I really like zeek, but they are have to get on the ball. They can only use the growth excuse for so long.
I talked to nxpay already, and they said it's zeeks fault. I find it strange that it's so easy to deposiit money, but not to withdraw. Does anybody here have any contacts to find out more info??
