Does anyone know the top DDOS protection companies? We could pass that information onto the ZEO.

The "top" companies are Verisign or Prolexic but cost will range from $50k to $250k a year. These are the same companies that protect the government run lotto companies, the the large online sportbooks and casinos. I've done a bit of work with them myself.

It really depends on what type of DDoS mitigation you want and how much revenue you are protected. Consider a lotto or poker site or sportsbook that if they lose a few days of revenue it justifies paying for the best protecdtion. Not sure how Zeek values their downtime.

Anyone know if free zeekler customers still get BOGO VIP bids? Or do you have to be a paid zeekler customer now. I see i still have the BOGO link in my back office but the page doesn't say anything about BOGO once you click it. Just the subscription prices for Silver, Gold, and Diamond customers.

Update: nvm i see it. You have to be a "Premium Preferred Retail Customer" now to get BOGO

Hi there, this is my first post.
I have not been affected with recent issue of banned countries, but indeed, I would consider it an insult not to have received my earnings if the terms of service have changed AFTER I joined the organization. I think Pauls letter is pure and utter BS, so after all what is going on, I have set my repurchase to 0% and when all of my points will have expired I'm through with Zeek. harhar.gif
Even if they continue to do well, from my perspective they have exposed themselves as an extremely incompetent organization. Therefore I simply can no longer have any confidence in them. But I am aware, that is life.
Of course, you, the rest of community, can feel free to think and act as you please.

I think Zeek will settle down a little after they catch up with the amazing growth. It was unfortunate what has happened to those affiliates in the sanctioned countries. I would not worry to much though about trusting Zeek Rewards though... We affiliates are the life line to the company and they have already cut off one finger. I doubt they would go any further unless it is absolutely necessary. Zeek Rewards would be nothing without their affiliates and I think they know this as well.

They are giving everyone a 24 hour grace period due to the DDOS attacks. It's a pain as you may only have certain times youa re able to get to the site, but we have to work with it for now.

As far as I know, your account will be credited during these downtimes - at least, that's what I understood from the latest newsletter.
So no worries :-)

"Hi again,

Just so you will know, the recent sporatic downtimes have been caused by a persistent series of Distributed Denial of Service attacks on our webservers by unknown parties whose aim is to cause disruption and make life difficult for our IT guys and you, our affiliates.

Our IT team is working on the problem and we have full confidence they will prevail. In the meantime, until this is resolved, we are adding a 24 hour “grace period” to the ad posting requirement in fairness to our affiliates who have limited access to post their ads and may have encountered an outage when they went online to post their ad.

We know how frustrating these things can be and we apologize for the hassle. There are still people in the world who get their joy by causing pain to other people and right now we are their target.

Thanks for your continued understanding,

Paul Burks"
