Please don't put ALL the blame on AlertPay, there are ways to still provide a quality service by funding the AP and marking only cleared reserves. I'm sure people would pay a slightly higher fee in exchange for service.
Right now with the lack of service and absence from community for WEEKS, you give the impression of a pending SCAM !
RED FLAGS are raised any time a given company shows struggle, support going down the toilet, longer delays, more frequent complaints, all signal a pending scam. In my opinion, I think you have lost the trust of many loyal, big players in the industry......less business means less revenues means higher fees, means less customers.....
You offered what was once considered top level service, now it is gone down from a 10 to a 0 ....
If there are delays, for the love of bloody ***** at least show that you are still alive, and write an update on your web site, your site looks abandoned and no updates !!!! Show some communication for ****sake, talk to epople, tell them there is a delay give a good reason. But just ignoring people and no updates and don't blame why people are writing on forums.
The level of service is crap........Yes you have paid every single request, but do we need to bark and complain and send you 12 e-mails each time to get our order processed ? is that good business mate ? That is bloody utter rubbish!
Please get your act together and offer the same level of service you once did or at least if you can't, keep up to date with the community instead of being away for months, but only being available at all times to approve the good feedback on your site and discarding the bad ones.......... lol. Noted. Thank you for the cold shower. I agree with parts of your message, except for the exagerations like '2 weeks delay', 'absence from community for WEEKS', 'site looks abandoned and no updates' and a few others. But, anyway, this wasn't the essence of your message. I honestly thank you for what you wrote. Got your message.

For some PayPal is the best, for others Liberty Reserve. These 2 are extremely different. If you're asking for my personal opinion, I don't have a 'best one' category, but I do like both mentioned above, each for it's purpose.
