2 hours after estimated time? big deal... exchanges takes 1wk+ past estimated time for most people it seems
Are you an employee or representative of
xchanger.org I think not! It's obvious you see don't see it as a "big deal", but really
" I could care less" about others' who've waited 1week or more and that is unfortunate for
xchanger.org. If you did run a business, then your attitude would be to be outraged as to how a company like
xchanger.org can do the opposite of what they say they will do or not do it at all;
that was my point in case you missed it.
You make it sound like, the fact that
xchanger.org takes 1 week or more, is a good thing, when on the
xchanger.org site it clearly says 24 hour for LR to AP transfers. I am sorry, maybe I misread it cause when I saw 24 hours transfers from liberty reserve to Alertpay on the
xchanger.org site, when
according to you, I should have translated it to actually mean
1wk minimum, is that what 24 hours means? in "
swahili?".....
LOL
Dude, if the business
xchanger.org had an effective customer service protocol in place, and focus on the word "
effective", I wouldn't be on here "MMG" explaining to someone who doesn't get, how the way
xchanger.org is handling customer service is stupid, real stupid. Because this post
WILL be picked up in the search; all the search engines. I know if I read this post while doing research whether
xchanger.org was a reputable company, it would give me pause; but since xchanger.org was listed on AP as a trusted exchange site, I didn't bother----but should have.
This was my first time using
xchanger.org, so before you minimize my situation because you see it as "no big deal" consider how you would want the perception of your business characterized on the web if you were the owner of
xchanger.org. Would you feel good knowing that people think your customer service at
xchanger.org is Sh**ty.....I don't think so. Church. I own a real business and I would never allow for the only recourse for my customers to be to submit a grievance on "
a random forum" that by the way has nothing to do with the actual
xchanger.org business, because of a lack of any other means to do so. If
xchanger.org is a business that doesn't care, then is not a business at all, but a hobby; I don't deal with Hobbyist sites that pose as legit businesses that offer legit services.
I am unfortunate customer of
xchanger.org, I just want my money transferred, when
xchanger.org said it would arrive and when it doesn't arrive, I need to be provided with a proper way to get my problem resolved from
xchanger.org. Not on some stupid forum and have to explain to some non-employee of
xchanger.org why it isn't right.. Get me?..Get it?...Good!
Btw, no offense to you, but it's not your place to defend the indefensible. Better play your position and try not to get out of pocket.
Leave the responses to
xchanger.org and their representatives to whom this post was addressed, who I hope can help me get this situation resolved. Just a little word of advice, stay out of the line of fire,
respect other peoples grievance, and keep it moving. Peace.
