We do use pre-set messages as it's time-saving.

I completely agree with you that one week is way too long. It's unacceptable in our view as well. We do try to deal with it but you most understand what we're facing and how exchanges FROM AlertPay works. For example: there's no approval done on weekends. That means that there's simply no possibility for us to get new funds in our account during the weekend. Even if we do a trade with another AlertPay approved exchanger. That transaction must be approved as well by AlertPay.

A customer exchanges $10k of AP to LR. These funds will automatically reflect in the LR to AP reserve, even though the funds are on "ON-HOLD" status in our account so we can't really use them until AP releases the transaction. When ? We don't know either. This affects our planning. When a large funding wire gets delayed as well, it screws our planning completely.
