As regarding to the NIL link order, we have come across a situation where most of our members are just waiting to receive their 2 referrals and not promoting our teambuild. So, we are prioritizing the ones who are actively supporting our team and temporarily skipping those who are not. This is our way of rewarding our members who are supporting us, as we see many who are not doing anything. If we have skipped you, we will start using your NIL link if you become a supporting member, such as referring other members to our teambuild, adding our thread in your signature, posting in our thread every now and then, purchasing additional positions, coming up with ideas to further expedite our growth, etc.

Len & I are here for the long haul but there is a limit to what we can do. We want to help move this team forward so that is why we have taken this action. If you have other suggestions you would like to make please PM one of us or post it here.

While I appreciate your feelings about members not working to promote the team and hence your decision, I also appreciate the fact that you are under an obligation to fulfil the promise of 2 referrals you made for members to join the program.I am saying this because you might inadvertently create the impression that you are changing the rules in the middle of the game.
I really don,t know how you would see my point , but you might as well give it a thought.

Thank you for your concern. We are still giving everyone 2 referrals except that the order in which we are giving the 2 has slightly changed from the most active to the least from the top of the team list. The ones we have skipped or only given 1 referral to will still be able to get their 2 referrals as long as we see some kind of action that they are helping the team. We will try to send a PM to all our members regarding this matter to clarify this.
