I am planning on going to the bank to withdrawal cash ($200) using a credit card. How much do they charge me to withdrawal this cash? What is the best/cheapest method?

QUOTE (smartiebox @ Jun 8 2012, 08:15 AM) I requested a CC withdrawal five weeks ago, via Visa but haven't received funds. A reply from their support two weeks ago was that they are trying to obtain a trace number from the credit card company. I also phoned and a lady said that there were problems with MasterCard withdrawals.
This is rather disappointing and they also don't seem to react to posts here. Posts on their blog seem to be deleted if they aren't positive and there haven't been new posts...
It seems to me that they need to employ drastic measures and staff need to work overtime otherwise their good name is going down. I am the same here. I actually have 4 checks coming, and they are STILL coming. I don't know if they have been mailed, already processed, or just on hold. I hope every day that they come in the mail. It's been almost a month now, when it should have been 7-14 days. I understand that STP has been swarmed with multiple support tickets for the same issues, but the reason is also because they never replied to the first ticket in the first place, which makes it go from a simple 1 support ticket to 3-5 support tickets. I read that STP is hiring much more support staff in the next month or two. This is supposed to make support tickets, verifications, withdrawals, and deposits go much quicker and faster. Also, STP is currently dealing with a lot of stuff involving the licensing issues in the United States. I think this is one of their main focuses right now. I think that the main problem with STP is that they do not inform their members by at least emailing them updates or current news. If we were at least informed of the issues and why they are slow or unable to answer our support tickets, we would all be understanding. I also read that they are deleting many support tickets without even looking at them, since there are so many. So when people finally get a hold of them by phone or email, STP support says that the support ticket doesn't even exist. Let's hope that there will be a bright future with STP and all of us members.

From with eWallet, send your funds where ever you want.
