I have withdrawn by check 6 or more times with them already. The only bad thing is that is does take a long time to get the check, but it is also the only way to get your money if you are not bank verified, or the credit card method doesn't work for you.

The first time I withdrew, it took a total of 10 days (including weekends). However, the last time I withdraw, it took a total of 14 calendar days (from the day I withdrew to receiving the actual check).

It seems that STP takes their sweet time to process checks. It's taking up to 1 to 1-1/2 weeks for them to get processed and mailed, then another 2-4 days to get it in the mail.

For my recent check that took 14 days, after 1 week, it was marked as "DONE" in my account on a Tuesday, but I didn't actually get it until the following Tuesday. When I finally received it, I saw that it wasn't actually mailed until that Friday, 3 days after it was marked "DONE" in my account. So be aware that just because it says "DONE" in your account, it doesn't necessarily mean that it has been mailed and is coming.

If you decide to do the check withdrawal, do not expect to get it until AT LEAST 2-3 weeks after the day you withdraw it!

Hope this helps...

This was recently created in the STP Support Center on 6/9/12:

We use a check issuing company and ask that you wait at least 10 business days to allow for your check to be mailed to you. They are sent regular USPS mail. If you have not received your check after a full month from date of request, please contact us so that we may put the funds back in your STPay account. You can then request again or use a different option.

BE SURE to ONLY use your registered STPay address on file !

Calling and complaining to us that your check has not yet been delivered is like asking your debit card company why the magazines you ordered have not arrived yet. How would they know? If you request a check, rest assured that it was been mailed to you within 3 days of request. The rest of the time it is in the hands of the post office.

For me, I have actually been waiting for a check since I requested on May 10th, 2012.

It has been over 1 month now (1 month and 2 days exactly), and I still have not received my check yet. I am very disappointed as to how slow support is at STP and how hard it is to contact them. I just sent in a support ticket request, concerning my check.

However, my past three support tickets have all been unanswered and deleted by STP support, so I will have to see.

I do just hope that my check does eventually come.

I have many other checks that I requested 3 weeks ago, and have also not received those. I would have preferred to do a bank transfer to my account, but STP took a very long time (over 2 months), just to tell me today that I need to get some other documents to be able to actually verify my account to be bank verified. This news was very disappointing, because it took them 2 whole months to finally look at the documents I sent them, but now, find out that it will take another 1-2 months to send in new documents and try to get bank verified again.

But not only is STP giving me so much trouble right now, so is Payza.

Hi. Quick Update For Me!

So for checks that I requested on May 22, 23, & 24th, I have received them today, June 14th.

It took a little over 3 weeks to receive them. SolidTrustPay may be a bit slow in their processing and verifications, but the checks are definitely getting processed and coming.

So if you request your funds by check, expect to wait at least 3 to 3-1/2 weeks to receive them.

Also, I did some re-checking in my account, (b/c the request date of the check is on the actual check), I realized that I did actually receive my check that I requested on May 10th, which took 3 weeks to come too.

So if you have been waiting over 1 month from your check request date, then there is definitely something wrong with the USPS, and not STP. Just make sure that you do not throw away the checks that you get, thinking they are junk mail...

Hope this helps to give some people hope! Because there is still hope!!!

I just received another check today that I requested on May 25th.

It is exactly 3 weeks and 1 day from the day I requested to receiving it in the mail. I am very happy that I got it, and am very glad that it came today.

Just to let others know that withdrawal by check is still good, but just that you have to wait at least 3 weeks for it.
