Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Cruz I don't want to hear...you have to work it line...so as to put the blame one me. Cashlines was a very screwed up program. Many people lost money. I sent them e-mails...without response! I'll copy & paste them here...if you'd like. Also my sponsor is still hot about Cashlines...I'll bring him here for his input.
