Logon to your Liberty Reserve account and check out the exchangers. There are many processors that will exchange LR for e-currency, as seen on your site. NO one exchanges paypal.

No one exchanges Liberty Reserve for Paypal. Log into your LR to find exchangers for "e-currency" and you can work from there.
It DOES take some reading to decide what is best for you.
It would be worth your while to open an account with Solid Trust Pay, Alert Pay and/or Strict Pay. You can connect a bank account to those.
