Well I also have just heard about this flipping thing but I do have a lot of questions about this? Like how do we know which site Should we purchase and how to purchase it and from where to purchase it? I know I have asked too much questions but its as much confusing to me as you can understand from this post. I need some elaboration in this respect. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes you are right website flipping is exciting. But it isn´t so easy to do because you have to put a lot of knowledge on the tabel to make a good sell of your website. The problem most websites have is simple they don´t make any money at all. But why whats the problem?
In most cases people don´t know how to find good keywords that make money and the other problem is that they know nothing about SEO and traffic.
Everybody wants free targeted traffic to their websites ,but you can skip that prozess by buying an established website that makes money.
Where do you find that websites? How do you search in google? right you put a search term there or keyword and here you can find the gems that can make you money. Go to the second or third page of google and visit the sites, then you go direct to the site owner and ask him or her if she want to sell the website.
This you do until you have a deal and then you do some things to get the site on first page of google and sell it for a good profit.

Quite a number of people make money from flipping. But some technical knowledge is required to design, write some contents and SEO it.
You can flip a niche site like this too below. Comes with auto contents!

It definitely requires some expert skill (or out source it if you don't have it).

I'm a techy actually. Tech skills are relatively easy to learn. What's difficult are sales skills. More specifically ... there are NO manuals or generic tools about how to valuate your domain or site. But once you've mastered it ... oh boy. A lot of fun and VERY profitable! Virtual real estate is booming!

The trick is to wait to hear from someone who is slightly interested and then negotiate for a better price - use the reserve you had set as a guideline for a better return. So if you had a reserve of say $60 times that by at least 2 or 3 and tell the new prospect that is what you were looking for and if they bite then your $19 was a good investment after all
