from my personal experience i feel website flipping is not worth the time. there are way more easier ways to make money.

it's easy to make websites. theres tools where you can generate thousands of unique content sites with ton of junk traffic.

the problem is selling. its difficult to find adequate pricing for your web property.

in the long run, focus on quality and buliding few very popular web properties than 1000 tiny sites with hopes to flip them....not gonna happen.

There are many people out there flipping websites and making a ton of money. There are also people out there doing other lucrative things. I think it all comes down to want you want to do. If you can spend the time needed and the effort required, just about anything is possible. The dumbest ideas are often successful. Take Twitter for example. I still think that website is nearly useless, but it has so much hype surrounding it that people like me are forced to sign up.

Website flipping seems like a load of work for not so much profit. Whats the most you can sell a website for anyway?

well depending on the traffic and the name.... i means www.toys.com sold for like 5.1million... not because of the content or traffic... but because of the name. If you find the content, the traffic or the name someones looking for, then yorue gonna make a proift

That's what I thought so too. Your profit will depend on the traffic you're getting. If there's not much traffic, of course the profit is not that high, but if you do, there's a big chance for bigger income.

Making money online flipping website can take time and experience. You will only make real money flipping website if you are patient building websites. When you build a website you should take into consideration that you need time to get ranked and monetize your websites.

When you start earning decent money from your website (let's say $4000 per month) you then can sell the website with big bucks (x10 earning minimum or 20x depending on the niche) and that is an avarage of $80,000 for that website.

Website flipping is not for all people, that method is for people that knows how to rank websites quick enough (+5 months) and are ready to create more than website at the time.
