the safest way is to use LP(visa) and buy wmz. Done.

Anyone can help me to send money to that service? It is just a nightmare!!!
I manage to create an account and get through all registration/verification process, but there is almost no chance to put money into webmoney pockets. I am living in Australia and all service that webmoney accept for overseas senders is credit card via LiqPay. This strange service, LiqPay, does not accept 3 of my different CC from different banks just returning me #error code during activation. I tried to find transfer service via PayPal, but commission for such services just ridiculous - from 20$ transaction fee to 100% from transferring amount.

Hi, I play Final Fantasy and RAGNAROK online games and usually purchase webmoney from this website. They accept PayPay for payment so its pretty easy for foreigners like me to get Japan WebMoney.
