Warren Buffett's company, Berkshire Hathaway announced Tuesday it will purchase railroad operating company Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp; Buffet's company will spend a reported $34 billion. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

U.S. Factory Orders rose 0.9% in September compared to consensus of an increase by 0.8%; September Factory Orders, Excluding Transportation, rose 0.8%; September Factory Orders, Excluding Defense, rose 0.7%; September Durable Goods Revised to rise 1.4% from an increase by 1.0%; August Factory Orders Unrevised at -0.8%.
