I did logged in to my emo account yesterday. i accepted secure card option. but in next page i did abandon. i did push back button. And logged out. It activated secure card. but i did not print it. So i have not secure card.
I did send 2 emails to them. But their custoer service is too slow. I was sent some questions before 1 week. But any answer from them.
what can i do ? i cant call them. because i cant speak english.

12dp will pay my payment to my emo account. Must i change emo account on my 12dp account ?

We have enabled a one time login to your emo account. DO NOT try to login until
you have completed the following steps:

1. Click the image of the printer on the main page. From here you should be
prompted to print the sample check. If you can verify that the sample check
printed, continue to step 2. Otherwise, go to step 3.
2. Login to your account without using the secure card values, and follow the
instructions on the screen to print your secure card. If your secure card prints
successfully, you are done! Please put your secure card in a safe place, you
will need it for every login to your account from here on out. If you were still
not able to print your secure card, please contact us.
3. If you cannot print the sample check, or your secure card, get the latest
version of the Flash Plugin by clicking the 'Flash Enabled' link under the
printer icon on the main page.
4. Download and Install the plugin then close your browser.
5. Open a new browser, and go back to the main emo page, and print the sample
check by clicking the printer image.
6. Perform step #2. If you still can not complete step 2, please contact us.
