Hi guys,
Anyone here had any experience receiving an email notification of funds into your STP accounts from a payer/program with a transaction number...etc. Once logging into your account, the funds nor the transaction is not there. STP will not answer/respond to their support tickets or email messages. Forget calling, the phones are off the hook...every day....all day...continual busy singles.
Anyone have any input on what I should do here?

If they payment is from JBP it normally takes 12-24 hours to appear in your STP account.
STP support is way backed up on support tickets. Expect to wait a couple weeks for a response.
