That’s the UPM Advantage! The company offers associates the opportunity to earn commissions and build lifetime residual income on customers generated from its professionally produced commercial content and placement, which gives us the opportunity to capitalize on their years of advertising experience.
UPM’S marketing efforts are similar to stores such as Sears, Penney’s and other retail stores.
We both offer:

-1-800 number or website for customer ordering
-a diversified product line
-incentives to develop repeat customers
What’s the UPM Difference? Sears and the other retailers operate with large storefronts. UPM operates with individual associates and individual store owners through an innovative business model that allows us to benefit from their advertising.
How Does it Work?
UPM advertises to sell products to consumers. As active Associates we are eligible to participate in this advertising, which is called the AD Program.
By participating, we benefit two ways:
(1) Our ability to attract other UPM associates is directly benefited by the advertising.
(2) As an incentive for us to participate in the advertising effort, we can receive commissions from business generated by the advertising.
When we choose an AD Program, we are actually purchasing products for the express purpose of distributing these products to prospective customers. As we disburse the products, we are to enter the names of these prospects into the back office of our personal replicated website given to us by the company. UPM sends them a “Thank You” card for trying the product and giving them a toll-free number for easy re-ordering. Repeat orders from these customers are serviced by UPM with commissions paid to the associate.
The AD Program also allows UPM to advertise and promote for new customers. As these customers are generated, they are placed in the back offices of the AD Program participants. UPM routinely sends special offers and new product announcements to help promote repeat orders as well as the advantages of upgrading to associate status.
It then becomes the responsibility of the participants to contact, follow-up and service those customers that upgrade to associate status for all purposes except product order fulfillment which is provided by UPM. Advertising campaigns are run at UPM’S sole discretion regarding the location‚ frequency and type.
Think of it as UPM working with us to help build our business. We disburse products to prospective customers and UPM runs advertising campaigns to generate additional customers. Together this creates the opportunity for residual income which is the long term benefit of participating in the AD Program.

The AD Program is for active UPM associates who are interested in building their organization and who would like to use it as one of their marketing avenues. It is not a position of passive involvement, nor can it be the only avenue pursued in building your UPM business.
You may select and expand your business according to the following selections. Initial selection may not exceed $500. Afterward, you may expand your business in accordance with your level of comfort and ability.

Anticipated commission structure is $4.38 monthly for 12 months plus $52.50 in 12th month*. Receive at least 1 customer assigned to your organization at the end of the cycle.

Choose 4 AD product packs from AD Application for disbursement or sale, plus stay in AD Program until commissions from customers and business created from UPM advertising reaches $275. Anticipated commission structure is $11.46 monthly for 12 months plus $137.50 in 12th month*. Receive at least 2 customers assigned to your organization at the end of the cycle.
