QUOTE (yournextbiz @ Nov 9 2009, 11:45 AM) Has anyone heard anything from James Al-Oboudi? Here is a statement from James Hello ladies and gentlemen. This is James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System. If you haven't already read my previous email, TWRPS was hacked on Nov. 7th. To keep the hacker from doing any significant damage, as well as to gain as much information about the hack as possible, we shut down the server and began our investigation, which is why you are experiencing difficulties with our site. First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for your extremely generous support during this time of attack. I'm very impressed by the level of understanding and dedication to TWRPS I've seen from all of you, and believe me when I say it is extremely appreciated. We've gathered a great deal of information on the person responsible for hacking TWRPS. It was done by a very well known hacker who has hacked over 3000 sites, all of which are completely random, as there is no specific pattern to the types of sites he hacks. TWRPS was not specifically targeted. We've come to understand how the hack was committed and are now taking the appropriate steps to resolve the matter. From our understanding of the situation at this point in time, the hacker was able to gain access to our site through no fault of anyone in TWRPS (including staff or members), through no fault of any configuration of our site and script set up by our tech admin, and in general, through no fault of anyone associated in developing TWRPS. It appears that the weakness is present in those with whom we are obtaining our services from (to help prevent further attacks, I of course must keep the details private). We have contacted the necessary people and are in the process of patching this weakness to prevent this from ever happening again. As for the hacker himself, we are in the process of attempting to track him down and bring him to justice. At this point we believe he is in Kuwait, but as I'm sure you can imagine, skilled hackers are extremely good at hiding their identity and location. I will be handing this case over to the FBI shortly once we have gained as much information as possible. Hopefully they will be able to track him down and bring him to justice, but for now, our priority is getting the site back up and doing everything we can to ensure this won't happen again. We will have the site back up shortly. I don't want to give an exact time frame, as I want to be completely sure we've taken care of everything before resuming reinstating the site, but we will resume business very soon. Again, thank you all for your understanding and patience and realizing that this was something that could have happened to anyone, at anytime, for no reason at all, as it appears to be a completely random attack. Fortunately, because it was random and apparently done just for fun (how anyone could find pleasure in something so childish and malicious is a mystery to me), no significant damage was done, so we will be able to bounce back from this very quickly. Unfortunately, hack attacks are simply one of the risks involved in having an online business, especially one that has gained so much worldwide attention in such a short period of time, but we are doing everything in power to prevent it from ever happening again. I will update you all with more information as soon as I have it. In the meantime, however, please send this email to all of our downline members if you have their email addresses, as with the server currently deliberately shut down, I can not send out a system wide email. Thanks everyone, James

My payment refunded and all looks ok now Thanks James Kent
Hello. This is James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System. Unfortunately, while you were making your payment to TWRPS, you were charged in Euros rather than in U.S. dollars. This was a temporary glitch AlertPay was experiencing and only about 1% of our members were affected by it. You were unfortunately in that 1%. Because of this, you were overcharged and have therefore had your payment refunded. I have been informed by AlertPay that they have fixed the problem. Therefore, all you would need to do is make your payment again and you'll be charged the correct fee in USD. I apologize for this minor inconvenience, but of course, being AlertPay's problem, there was little I could do to prevent it. However, I was insistent on correcting the problem for you as soon as possible. If you need any assistance at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, James Al-Oboudi

Same here fellas, I joined like back in Sept. Just waiting on everyone else to upgrade. Just wanted to quote, that if no one has a alerpay account you can always create one & go buy a basic walgreens green dot visa card and link that into your alertpay account. That way if a company never ends up being all that or if it's seems to good to be true, you can always pull back and cancel an order before it is made. Despite all the problems that TWR is having unlike NewWave, I really hope this pays off starting next month!

Last News from James. This looks great! So to those who jumped off, was that a good decision? :-)Kent QUOTE Hello ladies and gentlemen. This is James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC. If you haven't noticed, we have already completed the purge of inactive members and compression of active members. For those of you who are not aware of just how difficult this job is, allow me to inform you that it is a MASSIVE and very complicated thing to do, especially considering we signed up over 32,000 members during prelaunch. The fact that we were able to complete a purge and compression of this magnitude in less than three days is nothing short of miraculous, and I hope it shows just how serious and dedicated my team and I are to making TWRPS the best business opportunity in existence. Now, here is what's to come in the weeks ahead: 1. Payout. Commissions will be paid on Dec. 7th. I originally wanted to payout on the 6th, but due to the fact that AlertPay holds all funds from credit card transactions for 7 days to verify that they are not fraudulent payments, I must wait until the 7th to pay everyone, as the transactions that come in on the last day of the month will not be cleared until the 7th of the following month. Therefore, if I attempt to pay everyone on the 6th, I will be trying to do so with funds that have not yet cleared and been released by AlertPay for me to do anything with. Because of this, the earliest that I can do a payout is the 7th of each month. 2. Dedicated Server. As you all know, our VPS (virtual private server) has been horrifically overloaded due to the massive number of members who joined during prelaunch. This has resulted in numerous "Internal Server Error" messages when attempting to connect to our site. I apologize for this, but I must admit that I never expected TWRPS to be as successful as it's been so early in its development. A VPS is more than enough to handle most businesses, especially in the early stages of their development, but due to the massive volume of members we acquired during prelaunch, we pushed our VPS to the max. As soon as the first payout is completed, we will be transferring the site to a dedicated server. This will eliminate all problems we have experienced with server errors. I will need to work out the best time to do this with my tech admin, but rest assured that it is my absolutely HIGHEST priority after completing the payout. Therefore, it will be done ASAP. We will have to temporarily shut down the site in order to transfer everything over to the new dedicated server, and I of course will notify everyone beforehand when that will occur, but once it is finished, TWRPS will have a completely stable server, providing all members and new prospects with a dramatically more pleasant experience with us. 3. Expansion and conversion rates. After transferring the site to a dedicated server, all of my efforts (despite my usual continual support to members) will be focused on making TWRPS reach the widest audience possible while simultaneously doing all I can to increase the conversion rates (percentage of people who sign up per visit) as much as possible. I will do this in four ways. A and B. Sorry, but the first two are a secret that I really don't want competing companies knowing about, so they're going to stick with me. One of them is a little expensive, but I'm more than willing to continually put my minimal profits from TWRPS back into the company until it becomes all that I've envisioned for everyone involved. (Sorry for being secretive, but for the good of the company and everyone in it, some tactics must remain company secrets.) C. I will begin placing professional testimonials on the home page from some of our most well known and productive marketers. Furthermore, we will have an entire testimonials page for prospective members to navigate in an effort to help them fully understand the true value they will receive with TWRPS. This of course will require your participation, as the testimonials must come from the members. I will notify you all when I am ready to begin accepting testimonials. D. The site will be translated into many foreign languages in an effort to reach the entire world and make it as easy as possible for our non-English speaking friends to navigate our site and make an educated decision about joining us. This will dramatically improve your efforts to recruit non-English speaking prospects. There is of course MUCH more that I have planned and much more to do, but I'd have to write a novel to fully explain my long-term vision for TWRPS, so I'll stick to what is ahead of us in upcoming weeks and months for now. Thanks for your support everyone, and to all of you who made the choice to upgrade and secure your spot as a founding member of TWRPS, please know that you have a leader who is relentlessly competitive (in a good way, of course...LOL) and never stops working and crawling out of the trenches to continue fighting, no matter how many times I've been knocked down, until ultimate success is achieved. To quote one of my favorite movie characters, Rocky Balboa, "Life isn't about how hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep coming back." That's the mentality I live with everyday, so rest assured that you have a determined young man at the helm of this company who will NEVER take a laid back, lazy, lackadaisical attitude toward our business. I will continue to fight forever until TWRPS is all that it can possibly be for everyone involved in it. With my deepest gratitude, James Al-Oboudi :-)

This is a message from TWRPS Administration:
TWRPS Dedicated Server Transfer
Hello ladies and gentlemen. This is James Al-Oboudi, owner of Teamwork Revolution Power System. Just as I promised I would do after our first compression and payout, I am now transferring the site to a dedicated server. If you were not already aware, TWRPS has experienced periodic server errors arising from our current VPS (virtual private server) being dramatically overloaded due to the very rapid (and unexpected) growth we have already experienced in our very early stages of operation. I sincerely apologize for these errors, but I truly never anticipated that the company would grow as quickly as it has. However, being completely committed to making TWRPS the greatest opportunity in the home-based/online business world, I am taking immediate action to meet the demands of this rapidly growing business, just as I promised I would. To transfer the site to a dedicated server, we will be required to temporarily shut down the site. This will begin early Friday morning (Dec. 18th) at 4:00am EST (U.S. Eastern Standard Time). To help those of you in other parts of the world, this is 9:00am on Friday in the U.K., 5:00pm on Friday in Malaysia and Perth, Australia, and 7:00pm on Friday in Queensland, Australia. To find the exact time in your area, you can simply visit www.timeanddate.com/worldclock. We have scheduled the site to be back up 24 hours later at 4:00am EST on Saturday, Dec. 19th. We will of course do all we can to get the site back up sooner, but we want to allow ourselves 24 hours to ensure the migration is properly completed. During this time: A) We will be migrating all data, hosting accounts, the support forum, and the helpdesk system from our VPS to our new dedicated server.
B) The server will be completely unavailable, so please don't panic when you find the site completely down.
C) All hosting data will be backed up for contingency. However, we recommend that members also do their own personal backup as soon as possible. This can be done by logging into cPanel and searching for "Backup." (This only applies to anything you've created through our web hosting, not to anything pertaining to your TWRPS backoffice.) D) Do not make any changes at all to your websites until you receive an email from TWRPS stating that the migration to the dedicated server is complete. You may see brief moments when the site is up during the migration, but this does not necessarily mean the migration is complete. Creating any change to your site before the migration is complete could result in your site being erased.
E) Access to the conference rooms and auto-responder will still be available and working, as they are hosted on separate servers.
F) Email communication to TWRPS Admin emails may be cut off. If there are any queries or urgent issues, please send an email to twrpshelp@gmail.com. This will only be a temporary email address used during the migration period, so please do not use the address after the migration is completed. I thank you all for your patience and understanding that all new companies (whether online or brick and mortar) experience growing pains, especially companies that grow far larger and faster than anyone expected, but please rest assured that you have an extremely dedicated leader at the helm of this ship who will never rest until this company is untouchable to the competition and providing you all with the opportunity you have been looking for for years. Thanks, James Al-Oboudi CEO Teamwork Revolution Power System, LLC.

Not meaning to come off so harsh fellas, I'am very happy that some of you actually recieved payments from TWRPowerSystem. I wanted to stick around but things sorta got a little heated between myself & Admin. I've notice that some of you barely broke even which is still good. Anyway, in just my opinion, I think TWR is a joke. Me & the owner James-Al-Boudi got into a steep dispute in which he had a hissy fit from me just asking a couple of questions in the forum about my 82 downlines, in which not one upgraded. I wish all of you the best of luck with this program. Here is the exact Private Messages that was sent to one another:
Cancellation Sent: Wed Dec 02, 2009 9:10 am by paidway
To whom it may concern: I would like my TWRPS account canceled. I don't have $32.50 a month to keep dishing out and not seeing nothing in return. It seems as thou the only ones making a nice profit is you,the owners. Besides there's too many problems with your program from hackers, to alertpay paying process all the way to switching servers! I didn't join this program to dish out my money to be lead on like a string. I had 82 downlines and not one upgraded. I've been promoting my TWR Url link like crazy! and I can't believe not one upgraded. So instead of making you richer, I've decided to let you go. And oh, I almost forgot. I know that I'm not the only one that's was complaining about grey faces and what not. Might of fact, I know that I'm not the only one complaining period. When my post was altered and deleted I knew then, there's something more than what you say about TWR.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Re: Cancellation Sent: Thu Dec 03, 2009 6:15 pm by James Al-Oboudi
I don't appreciate your accusations, and I also don't know what post you are referring to. I'm sure you are aware that I have many forum moderators. It is quite possible that one of them altered your post if they thought it was in violation of our forum rules or unnecessarily negative. In either case, I don't know what you're referring to.
As for a refund, I ask you to please review our refund policy that all members, including yourself, agree to upon creating an account with TWRPS.
I'm sorry that you are upset, but that really is no reason to make the implications you're just put forth.
Regards,
James. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Re: Cancellation Sent: Thu Dec 03, 2009 6:29 pm by paidway
James I wasn't putting your company down or anything like that. I just couldn't see dishing out 32.50 a month and I'm not making nothing in return. All the problems that you are having with hackers and server issue are entirely your responsibility. I chose not to be apart of it if you're having issues with these people or programs. As far as a refund, It's funny because for some odd reason, I didn't think I was getting a refund anyway. So why don't you just keep the $32.50 and it to add to your millions! I think TWRPS will be very successful with people like you behind the wheel. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Re: Cancellation Sent: Thu Dec 03, 2009 6:33 pm by James Al-Oboudi
I think this should end our communication now. You say you're not putting me down, but that is exactly what you are doing, and it is completely uncalled for. I do not wish to waste my time with negative people who go on the attack rather than finding solutions, so I would like for this to end our communication.
I wish you well in all that you do.
*******NOW REMEMBER THAT HE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS REFERRING TO EARLIER** BUT HERE IS PROOF OF THE FIRST DISPUTE EVER RECORDED.
Re: Question about spillover. Sent: Tue Nov 17, 2009 1:22 pm From: James Al-Oboudi To: paidway
Your last post was deleted, just as this post has been altered, because filling the forum with statements like, "My entire downline hasn't upgraded," is certainly not going to help anything. Statements like that are only going to keep your downline, and the downlines of others, from upgrading, as anyone can read this forum, and if they see posts like that, they will assume that no one in their downline has or will upgrade and then won't upgrade themselves. Do you see what I mean? Unfortunately, most people in this industry are freeloaders and they are all just sitting around waiting to see who is going to give them a free ride. If they see posts in forum such as the last two you have made, especially your last one in which you are saying the post had been deleted and the thread locked, do you think these freeloaders are ever going to upgrade. You need to consider the bigger picture when you make your posts and think about how your words will influence the actions of others.
Anyway, that is why your last post was deleted and this post was altered. Basically, you're filling the forum with negativity that is only going to scare away anyone reading it who is thinking about upgrading.
