Trouble Logging In

I can't log into sp. It keeps telling me an error has occurred and to retry. Anyone else?

My friend has had trouble logging in today, he put the right password, right verification code, and username, he reset the password then tried again, but it still didnt work. his username is dxc720@gmail.com stormpay, please fix this.
