Omar, it does not come with the autoship. Call Trivita and make sure you are set up to receive the Vita Journal. Since you signed up the beginning of July, you may have just missed the July issue. If you ask Trivita to send that to you I bet they would.

We can also order extra Vita Journals if we like as a marketing tool. Mike Riedmiller is on the cover of the July Vitajournal. Fred Gondzar was featured in the June Vitajournal.

I have tried a lot of the products so far and love them all. My wife has had problems with hurting sometimes after she ate. She used to have to take Prilosac every day. Now since she uses the Digestive Complex she doesn't have the problems anymore. I use it too especially when I am eating spicy food (which I love). I used to keep a bottle of Rolaids by my bed and it is very rare I need one now.
