Is There A Trick To Get My Profile Photo Up?

I have my profile image at the specs it should be at. But when I go to upload it, it says "upload failed, see admin".

Anyone here having the same problem? I feel I tried everything. Maybe I am missing something. Can you help me out?

Note: I was able to get my Avatar up, but not the profile photo section.
