Electronic Depositary System "IMPULSE" as a unique financial structural product is indirect investment in stock exchange assets.

Structural product is a completed, "packed" for the client in advance investment strategy that gives an opportunity not only to receive guaranteed income, but also to achieve total security of investment.

The product is already prepared, there is no need to manage it. The client only defines the sum of the deposit and investment term - "IMPULSE" does not limit its clients neither in amount of capital to invest, nor in terms of investment.

This is how it works.
An individual opens a personal account in EDS "IMPULSE" (this procedure is simple and takes only a few minutes), by this becoming our client automatically. Then the client transfers a sum of money to this account, and daily fixed interest is allowed on this deposit. After 24 hours the interest is automatically added to the basic deposit and becomes available to withdrawal (deposit capitalization).
The investor is allowed either to withdraw back all the deposit or its part, or to add money to it by his own wish and at any time. In case of plurality of operations of charging of and adding to account, daily interest is allowed on the sum of money that was present factually and continuously at the client's account throughout the day (Please see points 3.1 - 3.6 Our Terms).
All investor's assets are placed at the trading account of Impulse Holdings Ltd. Every day this trading account is used by Impulse Holdings Ltd traders for settling transactions at MICEX (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) and American stock market.
Regardless of trade operations results, each client of EDS "IMPULLSE" daily receives 1 percent on the total sum of client's deposit (Please see points 3.1 - 3.6 Our Terms).
