Yes, Alertpay does allow exchanges only through one exchanger www.incrementalgold.com but Paypal doesn't allow any out or in exchange. :)

I am not sure if paypal will allow you to send funds

from alert pay to paypal you can email them and

see what they will say.

you have to risk in exchange..There are ecurrency exchanger in the internet but it is hard to trust due to many scams now..You can find a trusted member whom you can exchange with your ecurrency

I used onestoptransfer.com twice to transfer my Alertpay balance to my Paypal account. My Paypal account credited within 3 hours. Really good Admin.

** Warning**
Do not use this processor for any exchanges as they are highly suspect and quite possibly scammers.
I executed an exchange over 48 hours ago of which I requested a USD 70.00 exchange from AlertPay to PayPal and was told by email that my funds would be deposited within this time of which it has not.

My numerous correspondences have gone unanswered and up to date, I am still waiting for a reply or explanation for the delay.
Should the circumstances change, I will post details here.

It was my folly not to have done more research however the poster who introduced this service seemed convincing.
Hopefully no one else falls into this trap.
Take note and be aware.

Update:
Received an email from AP confirming that the above exchanger is a fraud and that there have been several complaints against them.

It's uncanny that a transaction which took place 48 hours prior could not be refunded and AP claims that the account has been cleared out.
Mind you, it took AP 5 days to respond to my initial complaint which doesn't come as a complete surprise when I was informed that the account has insufficient funds.

Thank-you AlertPay for your ever so efficient and prompt service and for protecting the safety of your customers funds. NOT.

Its a smart trick played by alertpay saying the funds are cleared by the other party wherein they reverse the funds from the other AP account where the funds were sent and thats their profits .

Its a very old game played on every player.

The safest way to get funds from one payment processor to the other would be to withdraw your funds and then add them to the other account
