2009 was a great year for domainers even with the current state of the economy. This shows that valuable domains are keeping their value even in this kind of a downturn, and not only holding value but outperforming all kinds of different assets.

For the domain industry to get even better there's got to be more liquidity=more sales that will draw the attention of the public to this industry even more. The $5 mil. that toys.com sold for got amazing coverage. If more sales of this magnitude will be happening in 2010, 2010 is set to outperform 2009.
